I guess I should post something since it's been 2 months. Well Carter started school again and I started school for the first time. Im taking math and english. So maybe you will see an improvment in my spelling and grammer... But don't count on it. Well Carter has an interveiw Feb. 6 in Boston MA!!!! At MGH Institute of Health Professions. It's a great school it's ranked #5 for Physical Therapy schools. I know it's far but it's a good school. Well there is a tiny up date. I will post again really soon. I promise....

Changes

Towards the end of this month it's going to get crazy. Carter and I are going to be moving. We are just going to be moving from one apartment in Provo to another. So that's exciting. We will have more room. But it kinda sucks cause in June we will just be moving again. That move is still to be figured out. Carter has heard back from some of the schools he has applied to. But we still won't know where we are going until January. Well that is what we are hoping for.. But with all this school stuff I must of caught a bug. Cause now I am offically signed up for class at UVU. That is right. Im going back to school. I decided that I want to go back and become a Dental Hygienist. Im pretty excited kinda, scared at the same time. Well that is all that is going on right now.

Catching up

Ok so it's been a while since I have posted. I need to find my program for my camera so I can download some pictures from September. The only exciting thing that Carter and I did in September was go to Dew Tour. Now to explain what Dew Tour is .... It is a Skate boarding, free style BMX, and Free style motocross. It's really cool thing. They only go to four citys and they seem to always come to Salt Lake. It goes on for four days. Carter and I went on Friday cause our favorite events were on that day. Which are Skate Vert and Free Style BMX. Im sad cause I didn't get any pictures of the vert but we did get some good ones of the BMX I got an awesome video. So when I get my camera up and going I will post more on it. Ok so the exciting thing this month is.... Carter is sending off his application to grad school this week. It will take awhile before we hear back but I will keep everyone posted.

Yummy

Ok so I was watching TV today and one of the shows had this recipe on it. I watched them make it and it looked easy and yummy so I wanted to share it with you all. Oh yeah I found it on Studio 5 it's a show on KSL at 11am.

Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients:
•9 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
•1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
•Filling:
•1 large container of cottage cheese
•1 egg
•¼ cup parmesan cheese
•1 tablespoon parsley flakes
•1/8 teaspoon black pepper
•1 teaspoon garlic salt
•½ cup frozen spinach (optional)
•3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Method:
In a 9X13 baking dish, pour ½ of the jar of spaghetti sauce.
Mix together all ingredients of the filling except for one cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Place one lasagna noodle on a cutting board and spread with filling the entire length of the noodle.
Roll up like a sleeping bag and lay in pan.
Continue until all nine noodles are rolled. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
If freezing, see directions below. Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.


Freezing Directions:
Slightly undercook the noodles. Place in a disposable aluminum pan and cover with plastic wrap and then foil. If you prepare from frozen, cover the first half of baking.

July and August

I decided I should finally post something since it has been FOREVER. Ok to start out with July. Carter and I went down to Kanab for the fourth of July. It was fun my mom and I slept out side in a tent in my Grandparents yard. Then we did the fun run at the crack of dawn. Ok not that early but it felt really early. By the way the fun run is not that much fun. Then it was off to the parade. Later on that day we went four wheeling with my cousin Nathan. My mom and Carter went. It was so much fun!! Ok so in the middle of July I was getting ready for work one day when all of the sudden I heard a loud noise. I went out of the bathroom and found our flat screen on the floor BROKEN. I was so mad. Can you guess who broke it. My FREAKING cat. I was so ready to get rid of him but carter wouldn't let me. Here is a picture of what it looks like.
So after many hours of crying I decided I can't live with out TV so Carter and I found a new TV it's bigger and better. But we decided that it needs to be out of Korver's REACH so we went to IKEA which is such an awesome store and we got a entertainment center and a mount so Korver can't get his paws in it.
So of course the same week as the TV our laptop decided to crash. It was such an awesome week. But we have been looking at laptops before ours crashed so a week after the laptop crashed we went to best buy and got a new SONY vaio. It's so awesome. We love it. Ok now for August. August has been better we have just been working. But on the 19th Carter and I had our 3 year anniversary. We just went out to dinner at the Olive Garden and watched America's Got Talent. Nothing to exciting but it was fun. Well that is all for now.

Crazy Month

Hello everyone. No I did not fall off the face of the earth. My computer crashed in July so I was a pioneer and did not have any way to get online. But now we have a new lap top so it's nice to be back. But not only did the computer crash but our flat screen TV broke. Yes I will have to tell more about that when I can get the picture of it on the computer. So in July we didn't really have a TV or computer. you never realize how much you used those things everyday until they are gone. But when I get more time I will tell the story's of July.

Ok so you are probably wondering what I did. But I did it. I cut my hair off. Yes I did. I wa pretty scared to do it but I did it. I needed a new style and plus Carter really wanted me to do it too. But I like it. It's taking some time to get used to. but i love it. I have some pic's I took with my cell phone so there not the best but you will the idea..
